CHOOSE YOUR STARTING POINT
Keep your electromagnetic design in house, or bring the complete requirement for feasibility review.
SMC or laminated core evaluation, winding requirements, insulation and potting. Start with your electromagnetic design and acceptance criteria.
Discuss your requirementsRotor discs, segmented permanent magnets and optional Halbach layouts. Define retention, temperature, speed and balance requirements together.
Discuss your requirementsBring the stator, rotor, housing, cooling and control interfaces into one project review, from feasibility to prototype verification.
Discuss your requirementsMOTOR DEVELOPMENT SCOPE
Voltage and power targets help frame a discussion. Continuous output, peak duration, cooling and packaging determine what is feasible. The ranges below describe inquiry scope; they are not stocked models or certified ratings.
48–96 V / 5–30 kW targets
UAV, mobile machinery, marine and compact vehicle development. Review battery limits, current and thermal duty together.
Up to 800 V / 50–200 kW targets
EV, marine and propulsion research. Define insulation, cooling interfaces and the verification plan before selecting a design.
A distinct adjacent topology
For precision applications evaluating low cogging. Compare thermal limits, torque ripple and control requirements separately from iron-cored yokeless designs.

ENGINEERING QUESTIONS
No. Yokeless refers to removing the stator yoke in the relevant topology. Segmented stator teeth and rotor back iron may still be present. Ironless designs are a separate architecture.
Yes. Identify whether you need stator cores, a wound stator, magnet rotor assemblies or an integrated motor program, and share your drawing and acceptance requirements.
Mention your NDA requirement in the inquiry. You can begin with non-confidential operating requirements and discuss an agreement before sharing detailed drawings.
